These two west Texas sisters (Meghann and Victoria Waggoner) grew up always enjoying cooking good food together and sharing meals with family and friends.
Both Bobcat sisters are graduates of Texas State University in San Marcos. After putting themselves through college with a little hard work in the restaurant industry and some mighty big student loans, the girls decided to finally open a business of their very own.
Victoria "Tori" is known for her sometimes adventurous dessert recipes that you won't find in your grandma's cookbook. This family-owned business has had its fair share of help from cousins, grandma's, grandpa's, husbands, and even Meg's own five-year-old blonde-headed busboy Ross!
The railroad that splits Guadalupe County in Kingsbury is the inspiration for numerous items from the cafe's menu: Boxcar burgers, Train-Wreck fries, Cargo Chicken entrees, and Railroad Crossing appetizers will have you coming back down the line to Kingsbury!
